Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your book. You then have a further 14 days to return it.

The book should be returned in its original condition. Unless the book is faulty or damaged, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned book has been received, I will arrange a refund using the original payment method.

Personalised copies made specifically for an individual may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your statutory rights if a book is faulty, damaged or not as described.
